• 300 g strawberries
• 100 g suar, finer
• 100 ml water
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 170 ml vodka
• 50 ml heavy cream
• food coloring, red

Instructions

1. Mix the strawberries with the sugar, water and lemon juice in a blender so that they do not clump. Maybe not add all the sugar right away, because you can use a little less sugar with very sweet strawberries. Then add the vodka. Mix again and taste to see if there is still sugar left.
2. Finally add the cream, mix only briefly. If you want, you can add some red food coloring, but it doesn`t have to be.
3. Chill for 1-2 hours before drinking.
