Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries, freshly harvested
- 1 kg preserving sugar
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, use the grated zest
- 4 cl orange liqueur

- Remove the stems from the strawberries, wash them, drain well and cut into pieces. Mix with the preserving sugar and lemon peel and cook while stirring for 4 minutes. Stir in orange liqueur, pour into glasses immediately while hot and close.
