Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 170 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 700 g cream
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 bar chocolate (white air chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with lemon juice, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and quark, then fold in the cream. Divide between 8 dessert glasses or bowls.
  2. Puree the strawberries and place each on the cream. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle over it before serving.
