Ingredients

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream
  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 800 g strawberries
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean 800 g strawberries and cut in halves. Then mix with the 50 g sugar and the amaretto and let stand for about 1 hour, stirring again and again.
  2. Mix the Marscapone with the cream and powdered sugar until you have a uniform mixture. Then refrigerate them until serving.
  3. Simply arrange the strawberries on plates and serve with the cream spread over them.
