Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries, fresh
  • 6 sprigs peppermint
  • 125 g rock suar, brown or brown cane suar
  • 1 liter vodka

Instructions

  1. Pour raspberries, mint and sugar into a sealable glass and pour the vodka over it. Place this batch in a sunny window for 4 weeks and then filter it and fill it in bottles.
  2. Let it ripen for at least 3 weeks.
