• 3 tablespoon poppy seeds

• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions

1. Wash the spinach and spin dry. Mix with the quartered strawberries.
2. Roast the pecans in a pan without fat, leave to cool. Then mix with the salad.
3. Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix with the salad.
