Instructions

  1. Roast the almonds with the powdered sugar in a non-fat frying pan until golden.
  2. Finely chop strawberries and apricots and heat. Mix with the almonds and preserving sugar, bring to the boil, let simmer for at least 4 minutes, add the amaretto, fill into glasses while still hot and close immediately.
