Instructions

  1. Clean and halve the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone with yogurt and vanilla sugar and spread on the cake base. Arrange the strawberry pieces on it like a fan or randomly. Toast the pine nuts without fat in the pan until golden. Sprinkle over the cake. Spread the mint leaves on the cake as well.
