• 100 g chocolate, white
• 6 tablespoon milk
• 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 250 g strawberries
• 500 g quark
• 200 g cream

Instructions

1. Clean and puree the strawberries.
2. Melt the chocolate with the powdered sugar in the milk, let it cool and fold it into the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in as well.
3. Layer the cream and puree in glasses and chill for another 2 hours.
