Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate, white
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 250 g strawberries
- 500 g quark
- 200 g cream

- Clean and puree the strawberries.
- Melt the chocolate with the powdered sugar in the milk, let it cool and fold it into the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in as well.
- Layer the cream and puree in glasses and chill for another 2 hours.
