Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon syrup (maple syrup)
- 6 tablespoon quark
- 2 tablespoon mineral water
- some sweetener, more liquid
- mint

- Wash the strawberries and remove the greens, cut the berries in half and put them in a bowl. Pour the maple syrup over the fruit and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, stir the quark with mineral water and a splash of sweetener until creamy. Pour the quark cream over the strawberries and garnish with the mint.
