- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 strawberries
- 3 chocolate bars with strawberry filling (e.g. Yogurette)
- some chocolate sprinkles

- Put the quark with the natural yoghurt, the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a medium-sized bowl and mix everything with the whisk to a smooth mass.
- Carefully wash and quarter the strawberries. Cut the chocolate bars into small pieces and add to the curd mixture with the strawberries. Mix everything with a tablespoon.
- Pour the strawberry quark cream into small glass bowls or dessert glasses and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles as desired.
