Ingredients

• 250 g quark
• 150 g natural yourt
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 8 strawberries
• 3 chocolate bars with strawberry filling (e.g. Yogurette)
• some chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. Put the quark with the natural yoghurt, the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a medium-sized bowl and mix everything with the whisk to a smooth mass.
2. Carefully wash and quarter the strawberries. Cut the chocolate bars into small pieces and add to the curd mixture with the strawberries. Mix everything with a tablespoon.
3. Pour the strawberry quark cream into small glass bowls or dessert glasses and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles as desired.
