Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine cubes and bring to a boil with both types of vinegar and the spices in a saucepan. After approx. 2-3 minutes add the preserving sugar and the quartered strawberries, bring to the boil and let simmer for at least 3 minutes. Fill into sterilized jars and turn upside down.
  2. Shelf life approx. 1 year
