Instructions

  1. Clean a third of the strawberries, cut in half or quarter and marinate with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Clean and puree the rest of the strawberries.
  2. Mix the quark with the sour cream and a little powdered sugar until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the fruit puree.
  3. Alternately fill the quark mixture with the strawberries in dessert glasses and decorate with mint.
  4. Chill for another 1/2 hour before serving.
