Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces (frozen ones also work) and mix with the pomegranate syrup. Put in a flat baking dish or something similar.
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and fold it into the natural yoghurt. Put this mixture on the strawberries.
Scatter the sugar about 0.5 cm thick. Already finished!
Shortly before serving, also in front of the guests, caramelize the sugar with a bunsen burner (gourmet burner). Even the smell of the caramelized sugar is fantastic!
