Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and dice the vegetables and strawberries.
  2. Rub the crust off the bread roll, dice the crumb. Puree with wine, oil and vinegar, add a little more water if necessary, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Chill well, divide into small serving bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped mint leaves, drizzle with a little olive oil if necessary. Serve!
