- Preparation:
- Reduce the diced strawberries with the balsamic vinegar until they are syrupy.
- Cut the remaining strawberries into pieces and cook with the preserving sugar to make jam.
- Then add the mustard and balsamic strawberries and bring to the boil again.
- Fill hot and close tightly.
- Goes very well with spicy semi-hard and hard cheese (mountain cheese).
