Instructions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil together. As soon as the brew bubbles, continue to cook for at least 3 more minutes while stirring. Pour into prepared jars, close and place on the lid of the jar for about 5 minutes.
The recipe makes 5 jars of 250 ml jam.
