Ingredients

  • 900 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 1 can coconut milk (65 ml)
  • 500 g preservin suar, extra (2: 1)
  • 1 packet citric acid

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil together. As soon as the brew bubbles, continue to cook for at least 3 more minutes while stirring. Pour into prepared jars, close and place on the lid of the jar for about 5 minutes.
  2. The recipe makes 5 jars of 250 ml jam.
