Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Let the fruits with the sugar or honey and the elderflower umbels stand for 3 hours so that they can infuse the juice.
  2. Remove the flowers from the fruit mass. Then boil the fruits with the pepper berries for 5 minutes. Stir the flowers plucked from the umbels into the jam.
  3. Fill the clean jars with the hot jam, close them and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. Then turn it over again and let the jam cool down.
  4. Store the jam in a cool, dark place.
