Instructions

  1. A baking dish (size approx. 25 x 30 cm) is laid out with the ladyfingers. The milk must then be warmed up so that it can be mixed with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. The cocoa milk should now be spread over the ladyfingers so that they can soak up.
  2. Wash the strawberries, clean them, cut them in half and place them on the biscuits. Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar and the sugar until frothy and mix in the mascarpone spoonfuls. Finally add the quark. Spread this mixture on the strawberries and put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Just before serving, the remaining cocoa powder is sprinkled on the tiramisu.
