• 350 g strawberries
• 35 g powdered suar

Instructions

1. At this level, everyone should vary with the fruit juice as they wish.
2. For the sauce, clean and quarter the strawberries, put them in a saucepan with the powdered sugar, lemon juice and lime juice and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then brush through a fine sieve. Cover and chill overnight. Season with cherry liqueur.
3. Alternatively, strawberry liqueur can of course also be used. However, that was a bit one-sided for me. I make larger and larger quantities and freeze them in portion cans. Then, however, the liqueur is only added after thawing. If you play with the type of liqueur, you can also make this mirror with other fruits. The liqueur can of course be left out completely for children.
