Wash and clean the strawberries. Mix with the powdered sugar and white wine and puree with a hand blender. Strain the puree through a sieve and pour it into a freezer bag. Seal tightly and lay flat in the freezer. Let freeze for about 1 to 2 hours.
Before serving, mix the cream with the vanilla sugar and whip until creamy.
For the slim variant, instead of the cream, distribute the yoghurt in bowls.
Beat the frozen strawberry puree with a pan or something similar to crushed ice. Spread the crushed ice on the cream or yoghurt and garnish with a fresh strawberry!
Any fruit can be used for this dessert (e.g. mango, peach, melons, raspberries)
