Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and drain the strawberries. Whip the cream with icing sugar until stiff. Puree the strawberries. Put the ricotta, sugar and strawberry puree in a bowl and stir everything together. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Chop the amaretti. Divide the amaretti crumbs between 4 glasses and pour in the cream. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. Garnish with a strawberry and mint before serving.
