- Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain well and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Divide between two plates.
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut into slices and spread on the salad. Cut the cheese into thin slices and add to the salad.
- Mix the vinegar with mustard, salt and pepper until smooth, then stir in the oil. Pour the marinade over the salad and serve with the bread slices.
- Tip:
- Instead of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of crisp bread can be served per person. The number of calories hardly changes.
