Instructions

  1. Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain well and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Divide between two plates.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut into slices and spread on the salad. Cut the cheese into thin slices and add to the salad.
  3. Mix the vinegar with mustard, salt and pepper until smooth, then stir in the oil. Pour the marinade over the salad and serve with the bread slices.

  5. Instead of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of crisp bread can be served per person. The number of calories hardly changes.
