Instructions

1. Wash and clean the fresh strawberries.
2. Puree half of the strawberries and cut the other half into smaller pieces.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, briefly sweat the peppercorns in it and add the strawberry pieces. Sweat it too.
4. Pour the pureed strawberries over it and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with herb pepper.
5. Serve the sauce with a fried steak.
6. But it also tastes very good with vanilla ice cream.
