Instructions

1. Roast the pine nuts until golden without fat. Let cool down. Prepare a dressing with vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, mustard and oil.
2. Wash the spinach and strawberries. Clean and halve the strawberries, cut the spinach into fine strips. Arrange the spinach, strawberries and pine nuts on a plate in layers, drizzle with the dressing.
