Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 300 g spinach leaves
- 100 g pine nuts
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoon olive oil

- Roast the pine nuts until golden without fat. Let cool down. Prepare a dressing with vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, mustard and oil.
- Wash the spinach and strawberries. Clean and halve the strawberries, cut the spinach into fine strips. Arrange the spinach, strawberries and pine nuts on a plate in layers, drizzle with the dressing.
