Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, mixed

  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

  1. Spread the streaky bacon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with the honey. Fry in the oven at 200 ° C on the middle rack for about 8 minutes until crispy. Take out and place on kitchen paper.
  2. For the dressing mix raspberry vinegar, mustard and oil, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean the strawberries, cut 1/3 of them into small cubes and mix with the vinaigrette.
  3. Divide the washed and cleaned lettuce on 4 plates. Spread 12 stalks of cooked asparagus on top as well as the remaining strawberries and the honey bacon and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with green pepper from the glass if you like.
  4. For the asparagus preparation I prefer the method in the oven. To do this, brush aluminum foil with melted butter and place the asparagus in portions on top.
