Instructions

  1. Put the strawberries, 1 tablespoon orange juice, the vanilla sugar packet and the lemon juice in a tall container and puree. If you don`t have a blender, you can mash the ingredients with a fork until you get a puree.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, sugar and 3 tablespoons of orange juice, ideally by hand using a normal spoon. Then whip the cream until stiff and stir into the mascarpone mixture. Then roughly crumble the ladyfingers and fold them into the cream.
  3. Put the two masses alternately and in layers in glasses. The bottom layer should be a mascarpone layer, the top or last strawberry.
  4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours so that the mascarpone can soak through. To prevent the strawberry puree from drying out, cover the glass with some cling film.
  5. The recipe is enough for eight glasses.
