Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Line the mufin mold with paper liners.
  2. Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until half-firm.
  3. Separate the eggs, add the egg yolks to the cream and stir in. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and stir into the egg-cream mixture. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the batter.
