Ingredients

For decoration:

200 g couverture, whole milk

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Line the mufin mold with paper liners.
Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until half-firm.
Separate the eggs, add the egg yolks to the cream and stir in. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and stir into the egg-cream mixture. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the batter.
Transfer a third of the batter into a bowl and mix with the nut and nougat cream.
Alternately pour the light and dark batter evenly into the muffin tins.
Bake the muffins in the oven for about 40 minutes, then leave to cool for about 10 minutes. Heat the couverture in a water bath and brush the muffins.
