Halve the avocados, remove the stone. Remove some pulp with a teaspoon. Since this is no longer required, it can be used for other purposes. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into cubes and place in a bowl.
Mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a cup, then add the salad herbs. Add the marinade to the mozzarella and tomato cubes and mix well.
Finally fill the cavities of the avocados with the mixture and decorate with a basil leaf.
Tip for the marinade: some like it more sour, some not. Simply vary the amount of balsamic vinegar and olive oil accordingly.
The quantities are ideal for a starter. You should plan a whole avocado for each person as a side dish.
