Remove the legs from 10 champignons and chop finely. Salt and pepper the caps. In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the ham, after a couple of minutes the mushroom legs. Fry for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and cheese. The filling is ready. We layout on hats. We bake the mushrooms in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 gr.
