Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast in the middle and fill it with a slice of feta cheese, place in a baking dish and season well with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and herbs from Provence, brush with oil. Bake in the oven at around 200 degrees.
  2. In the meantime, cook the rice in vegetable stock until soft, add the vegetables and mushrooms, stir in a little pureed tomatoes, if necessary add a little turmeric for the color, bring to the boil and season to taste.
  3. The rice can of course also be prepared with plenty of fresh vegetables.
