Instructions

  1. Wash the chicory leaves in lemon water and pat dry.
  2. For the filling, drain the salmon well and remove any bones. Mix with mayonnaise, hard-boiled egg and finely chopped capers and season if necessary.
  3. Put some filling in each leaf. Garnish with tomatoes, chives and parsley.
