Instructions

  1. Mix the yolks of the hard-boiled, halved eggs with the cream until smooth. Mix in the herbs. Season the mixture with Tabasco, salt and lemon juice. Inject into the halves of the egg and decorate with very finely chopped raw ham and cress.
