Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C fan oven.
  2. Clean the mushrooms: cut off the base a little, break off the stem. Dice the stem and fry it with the diced onion and chopped bacon in a little frying fat. Add rice to the mushroom mixture and fry well. Add a little water and continue frying well. The rice should have enlarged a bit. Season with spices and fill into the prepared mushrooms, but only to below the top edge. Place the mushrooms side by side in a baking dish, add a little bit of water and put them in the oven. After 30 minutes, place a small slice of Gorgonzola on each mushroom and bake again for 10-15 minutes.
  3. The rice cooks in the mushroom and takes on the mushroom taste wonderfully.
