- Briefly bring the stock of water, white wine, sugar and lemon juice to the boil.
- Remove the lid and core from the apples and simmer in the stock for about 5 minutes. Let cool in the syrup, then drain well on glass plate and chill.
- Mix the brew with the jelly and liqueur. Spread the ice cream in the hollowed out apples and pour the red fruit sauce over them. Serve immediately.
