Instructions

  1. Briefly bring the stock of water, white wine, sugar and lemon juice to the boil.
  2. Remove the lid and core from the apples and simmer in the stock for about 5 minutes. Let cool in the syrup, then drain well on glass plate and chill.
  3. Mix the brew with the jelly and liqueur. Spread the ice cream in the hollowed out apples and pour the red fruit sauce over them. Serve immediately.
