Wash the peppers, cut them in half lengthways, remove the stones and partitions.
Finely dice the sheep`s cheese and ham, press the garlic. Now mix all ingredients except the bell peppers into a mass and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the filling on the pepper halves and press down. Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cook at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. (Shorter or longer, depending on the desired firmness.)
A green salad tastes very good with it.
I always use other spices for this recipe, such as oregano, rosemary or thyme. I`ve also mixed corn or onion cubes into the filling. So it always tastes a little different, but always very tasty.
