Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Chop tomatoes, spring onions and sheep cheese and mix with the spices. Then fill this into the pepper halves.
  3. Place the peppers on the grill grate at the edge of the charcoal if possible so that the peppers do not burn from below and let them grill slowly.
  4. We always grill them on the closed kettle grill.
