- Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds.
- Chop tomatoes, spring onions and sheep cheese and mix with the spices. Then fill this into the pepper halves.
- Place the peppers on the grill grate at the edge of the charcoal if possible so that the peppers do not burn from below and let them grill slowly.
- We always grill them on the closed kettle grill.
