Cut the mozzarella and feta cheese into small cubes. Mix with the pressed garlic clove, sour cream and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. It is best to wear disposable gloves, otherwise everything will stick to your fingers.
Wash the peppers, cut in half and fill with the mixture.
Place the finished peppers on an oven rack lined with baking paper, slide them into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature that has now been reduced to 175 degrees.
