Cut off the lid of the peppers, clean the kernels from the inside and wash.
Mix the minced meat, rice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the peppers with a teaspoon, press down with the spoon. Do not fill completely, as the rice will rise, fill approx. 3/4.
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan (season the tomato sauce if you like), add the stuffed peppers.
I do this in a pressure cooker, it takes about 3/4 of an hour.
