Instructions

  1. First you cut the cheese into small pieces and freeze it briefly. This is a useful tip so that the stuffing of the plums doesn`t turn out to be a mess. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to enlarge the hole in the plum and fill it with the cheese. It is enough if you wrap half a slice of ham around each of the plums. You can place them on a baking sheet or in a shallow baking dish, but in such a way that the ham won`t come off.
  2. Then put in the oven, but only briefly (at 200 ° C approx. 10 minutes), because the ham burns quickly. Best served warm, but also tastes very good cold.
