Fry the minced meat in the pan and season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and the herbs. Switch off the stove. In the still hot pan, mix the mince, sour cream and a little water, add the sliced mushrooms and chopped Jerusalem artichoke.
Cut off the lid of the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Pour the mince mixture into the pumpkin, put the lid on and place in a baking dish.
