Ingredients

  • 1 small pumpkin (se) (Hokkaido)
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 100 g mushrooms, mixed, or mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • 1 cup sour cream, 0%
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce
  • 150 g Jerusalem artichoke
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the pan and season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and the herbs. Switch off the stove. In the still hot pan, mix the mince, sour cream and a little water, add the sliced mushrooms and chopped Jerusalem artichoke.
  2. Cut off the lid of the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Pour the mince mixture into the pumpkin, put the lid on and place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 ° for one hour.
