Instructions

  1. Dice the bell pepper, carrot and red onion.
  2. Wash and clean the romaine lettuce leaves, then arrange in a fan shape on plates.
  3. Fry the minced beef without fat and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and the tabasco.
  4. Add the minced meat and vegetables mixture to the romaine lettuce leaves.
