Wash tomatoes, cut off the lid, remove the stalk and scoop out the tomatoes with a spoon.
Chop the onions and fry them until translucent. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and then add to the onions and mix until the sheep`s cheese pulls strings. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Pour into the tomatoes with a spoon and sprinkle with Emmentaler cheese.
Finally put the lid on it and place the filled tomatoes in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
