  • 8 medium tomato (s)
  • 3 pts. Sheep cheese
  • 3 onion (s)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Cheese (Emmentaler), grated

Stuffed Tomatoes with Sheep`s Cheese and Onion Filling

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes, cut off the lid, remove the stalk and scoop out the tomatoes with a spoon.
  2. Chop the onions and fry them until translucent. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and then add to the onions and mix until the sheep`s cheese pulls strings. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into the tomatoes with a spoon and sprinkle with Emmentaler cheese.
  4. Finally put the lid on it and place the filled tomatoes in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Rice and fillet go well with it.
